Assessment and shortlisting .
Preliminary Screening: Candidates undertake an initial screening process to ensure they meet the fundamental qualifications and experience required for the role.
Long Listing: Where appropriate, we collate a long list of potential candidates for review. The purpose of this is to review a diverse group of candidates using real-time data to refine the search an improve the candidate pool.
Comprehensive Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates then undertake a rigorous evaluation process, including in-depth interviews, competency assessments, and, where appropriate, psychometric testing. This thorough assessment helps us determine their relevant skills, work stile, aspirations, cultural fit and potential for long-term success.
Candidate Shortlist: Based on our comprehensive evaluation, we will present a carefully curated shortlist of candidates. This includes detailed profiles and insights into each candidate’s strengths, development areas and overall suitability for the role.
Client Interviews and Feedback .
Candidate Preparation: Prior to attending an interview, all candidates are thoroughly briefed and are given an opportunity to refine their interview technique, ensuring that they canpresent their relevant skills and experience in the best possible light. We also ensure that each candidate undertakes relevant research and discovery prior to their first meeting.
Interview Facilitation: We arrange interviews either on site at your office, or at our state-of-the-art facility, providing guidance and support throughout the process to ensure smooth and effective interactions.
Feedback Gathering: Post-interview, we aggregate feedback from both sides. This step is crucial for refining the second-round preparation, allowing both you and the candidates tomove forward with confidence.
Offer and Negotiation .
Offer Preparation: Once a preferred candidate is identified, we assist in preparing an attractive offer, considering the candidate’s expectations and market standards.
Negotiation: We act as a mediator to negotiate terms, ensuring a satisfactory agreement for both parties, focusing on creating a win-win outcome. We also assist in the resignation process with the candidate if required, ensuring that they extract themselves from their current employer in a frictionless manner.
Onboarding and Follow-up .
Successful Placement: With the offer accepted, we support the candidate’s resignation andtransition into their new role, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
